Advance volunteers (now until May 9th) - sort books, assemble hygiene kits, distribute flyers.
Day of the event (12 to 4 p.m.) - transporting books and food, set up tables and chairs, put up signage, set up resource fair, logistical support.
During the event (4 to 8 p.m.) - serve food, provide hospitality, distribute books, distribute hygiene kits, tear down and clean up, translate for Spanish-speakers, assist with children's activities.
